Michelle: Aaron Morales is an amazing coach the best I’ve ever worked out with and I’ve worked out with a few the last 20 years.  I started working out with him the middle of January 2016. I was searching for a place to workout near my kid’s school and he came up on my google search. I emailed him and he responded within the hour. I was nervous going to meet with him since I was so out of shape. In my first workout I could barely do a step up on a small step, had a hard time with body weight squats, and for the longest time couldn’t squat with a straight bar. NOW I actually do jump ups, squat 195# with the straight bar, deadlift 225#, and my pull up is in progress but can do it more than ½ way and never in my whole life had I been able to do this. He always asks how I’m feeling before a workout and knows when to push me to heavier to and when to slow down and go down in weights. He is a stickler on form which you need when lifting heavy and it’s taught me so much; it’s been great not experiencing any type of injury the whole time I’ve been working with him. I have never been this consistent with working out and I owe this to Aaron. It's fun and enjoyable, and he is someone you have to be accountable to. For the first time ever in my life I don’t dread going to my workouts. I’ve lost about 40lbs and many inches but have also changed my way of eating; Aaron does nutritional consultations as well. He’s an amazing resource for health and fitness. I can’t say enough good things.  

     

 

 

Mary: Working out with Aaron has been a game changer. Prior to lifting with Aaron I had a series of knee and leg injuries that limited my ability to get a good workout. That changed with the help of Aaron's expertise and guidance and I am now able to workout pain free. Learning to lift heavy weights, and do it with good form, has been a great experience and has empowered me to be able to try things I didn't think I would ever be able to do. Aaron takes the time to explain the hows and whys of lifting so you fully understand the movement and do it safely. His wealth of knowledge in fitness, nutrition, and general well-being is unparalleled. I would recommend him to anyone.
